NLP, or Neuro-Linguistic Programming, is a way of detemining how a person views the world and using that viewpoint to create desired change.
Everyone views the world in a unique way, but there are certain aspects that people have in common. NLP determines and uses these to figure out the most effective way to promote changes.

What is NLP Anyway?
Neuro-Linguistic Programming, or NLP, is a way of using language to effect change in behavior. Language affects how we experience the world around us. Through the use of NLP, we can access unconscious perceptions, examine them, and if desired change them.
For example, people percieve the world through one of several modes, which are called "representational systems." Understanding the representational systems assists us in communication. Information is also encoded with different qualities, called submodalities. When we know how information is processed in the brain, we can use that to assist in literally "changing the worldview" by using the representational system and submodalities directly.
This is just one tiny example of how NLP works. Do you have something in your life you would like to change? Come experience it for yourself!
